Happy Birthday @TheRealGZA GZA (of Wu-Tang Clan). Born Gary Grice August 22, 1966. GZA, is originally from Brooklyn, New York, same as his cousins RZA & Ol' Dirty Bastard. He is the oldest member of the Clan & the first among the crew to have a solo deal. In 1991 he released his debut album under his previous stage name The Genius. It featured the single Come Do Me. In 1992, GZA joined the Wu-Tang Clan, a group of nine, formed by RZA. GZA had some high-profile appearances on the group's debut album, Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers). In 1995 he released his second album Liquid Swords under the GZA name. The album reached Platinum status & featured the singles Shadowboxin', Cold World as well as the title track. In 1999 he released his third album (the second under the GZA stage name) Beneath The Surface. This album reached Gold Status & included the single Breaker Breaker.
